For the month of March, our Fitness Center had a competition between the men and the women. The name of the game was participation, and the men represented their gender with pride in winning the competition! In this battle of the sexes, both sides came out, worked hard, and left a little bit healthier in the process. The real joy of the competition was seeing some new faces come in and implement some exercise into their daily schedule. I, along with the regular visitors, welcomed the opportunity to make some new friends in the process of the friendly competition. The newcomers are a great addition to the group of residents who frequent the Fitness Center, and I’d love to see them continue to come by! I’d like to thank all of our residents who participated, and I’m confident both genders are ready for round 2!
