It’s been a little over a year since the world learned about COVID-19. In the 12 months since, everything about how we shop, travel and socialize has changed. Now with the vaccine rollout underway, there’s finally a light at the end of the tunnel.
As part of our commitment to provide seniors with the freedom and independence to lead more engaged and fulfilling lives, we handled all the vaccination logistics. Residents, and future residents who have reserved an apartment home, just needed to show up to receive their first dose of the vaccine.
So it’s no wonder that on Sunday, January 31, 8 associates from CVS and 12 volunteers vaccinated over 240 residents, future residents, and employees, despite having 11 inches of snow on the ground. Everyone was ready to get on the path to normal. To have a time when they’d be able to see friends and family with less worry. Or to go out shopping and to church again.
That’s why we’re excited to announce two more Vaccination Celebrations:
- Sunday, February 21
- Sunday, March 14
It’s a chance to get your follow-up shot or to start and complete the necessary regimen.
