The Circle Inn's Assisted Living Residence provides a special combination of residential housing, personalized supportive services and healthcare. The Avenue’s residential setting offers similar features as Independent Living with the added assistance of personal care provided by PeaceCare Services. PeaceCare Services supports the individual needs of those requiring help with activities of daily living, but do not need the skilled medical care provided in a nursing home.
Each Assisted Living resident participates in Core Services providing basic activities of daily living support:
· 24 hour staffing
· Director of Health Care Services consultations
· Personalized care service plans
· Meal reminders
· Emergency call alarm
· 30 minutes of basic housekeeping per week
· Activities and periodic entertainment programs
· Bus transportation to scheduled outside activities
· Family conferences
For residents who need additional support beyond Core Services, personalized programs and service packages are available through PeaceCare Services.
