PeaceCare Services has trained staff that understands the progress of dementia and offers care and support in a homelike atmosphere designed with comfort and security in mind.  The determination of each Resident's care plan is an on-going assessment process conducted by a team of professionals who coordinate the results with the resident's physician and family.
